Home to some of the most exciting white water rafting, Idaho is the reigning champ. From beginners to experienced rafters, there’s something for everyone.
The Berry Ranch
Starting at the end of May, you’ll have the opportunity to pick your own strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. You also can eat as many as you’d like while you’re out picking in the fields!
Ziplining
600 acres of managed state forest full of ziplines, suspension bridges, a 100-foot high tree house, public hiking and mountain biking trails, fantastic views, and more outdoor adventure pleasures. Bring your boots and a lunch, and get ready to spend your day full of adventure!
Canyon Kayaking
Shoshone Falls is a beautiful semi-circle of waterfalls cascading into the Snake River, located just outside of Twin Falls. For an amazing up-close view of the falls, you can kayak or paddle board 4 miles up river to the base of the falls.
Redfish Lake Lodge
Dating from 1929, this casual resort sits on wooded grounds at the edge of Redfish Lake, and is a 6-minute walk from the Redfish Lake Visitor Center. Enjoy food, beer, and live music all summer long!
River Surfing
River surfing is a new style and culture being embraced by surfers from around the world. Continuous waves are adjusted to fit the Boise River's flow rate, providing perfect surfing waves. You can also kayak down the wave!
Camel’s Back Park
One of Boise’s favorite parks and home to the Hyde Park Street Fair! Take an easy to medium difficulty walk up the hill, and enjoy views of the surrounding valley!
Mountain Coaster
Bogus Basin is home to Idaho’s only mountain coaster. What’s a mountain coaster? Exactly 4,330 feet of twisting, turning, and (let’s face it) screaming as you ride through the trees with unbeatable views and an unforgettable ride.
